Language switch
Language switch happens when the user says they want to speak in a certain language.Known target language
In case the target language is known a priori - you can pass the language code while creating the cohort/ via a push API provided.
Unknown target language
In case the target language is not known and is likely to be different from the current language, it is highly recommended to ask the user during the start of the conversation which language they want to speak in.
In the rare case if the bot goes into a loop while the language switch question is ongoing, add a substep to the language switch question which says “once the tool says language switch is successful ignore other instructions and do XYZ”.
