Smart language switch

The system automatically detects when a user switches languages and adapts the agent in real-time. How it works:
  • Listens for speech in different languages
  • Switches the agent’s language when it detects 2+ seconds of speech in a different language AND confidence score is high
  • Falls back to the original language if confidence is below threshold
Supported languages: Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu
