The Phone Numbers page offers a centralized hub for managing your phone number connections and mapping agents to numbers. It’s organized into two key sections, each designed to offer flexibility and control.
Manage Connections
View Connection Cards
Each card displays essential connection information such as current status, channel provider, number of contacts connected, and last update details.
Edit Connections
Easily update or modify connection settings using an intuitive edit option (via the Connection Sheet).

The Map Agents to Numbers tab provides powerful tools for managing agent-number relationships:

Locate specific agents or phone numbers using the built-in search functionality and active connections filter.

Setting up numbers
Add connection
Click the ”+ Add Connection” button to start setting up a new phone number.
Choose provider
Select your communication channel provider (e.g., Exotel, WhatsApp).
Configure
Enter the required credentials and settings for your chosen provider.
Test connection
Verify the connection by making a test call or sending a test message.
