Allow users to interrupt the agent while it’s speaking. Creates a natural back-and-forth conversation.

Automatically send check-in messages when there’s silence from the user. Configure up to 5 messages that fire at different intervals. Optionally end the call after the final nudge if the user doesn’t respond.Example nudges:

“Are you still there?” (after 10 seconds)
“Can you hear me?” (after 20 seconds)
“I’m going to end this call.” (after 30 seconds, then hang up)
